Ian Claughton, 60, receives a seven-year jail term for fortifying his Barnsley properties with "Home Alone" inspired booby traps to protect a cannabis operation. Authorities discovered homemade flamethrowers, pipe bombs, and trip wires during a May 2024 raid, triggering a 100-meter cordon and evacuating dozens of residents. His ex-wife Lesley, 58, accepted a 21-month suspended sentence after Border Force agents intercepted five revolvers mailed from China to her address.
