BA plane reportedly stalled at 4,000ft over London after pilot error
A pilot's mistake, which led to a plane stalling, reportedly brought a British Airways jet "seconds from disaster". The Airbus A320's approach to Heathrow on July 6 involved an incident occurring at approximately 4,000ft above Canary Wharf. An air data systems failure on Flight BA919 from Dusseldorf led to the captain intervening when the first officer's attempt failed.
