Woman raped in Covent Garden doorway; police release CCTV image of man

Police are seeking information following the rape of a woman in her 20s by an unknown assailant on Macklin Street in Covent Garden. The attack happened around 5.20am on Saturday, 22 August, after the man approached her near Shaftesbury Avenue and Drury Lane. Police have released CCTV footage and an image of a man, aged 25 to 35, they want to speak to.
