Four EU countries advocate using Russia's frozen 210 billion euros for Ukraine

The Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and Sweden are pushing the EU to restart talks on using Russia's frozen assets to help Ukraine. They argue that the 90 billion euro loan agreed last December will not be enough for Ukraine's financial needs. Following the February 2022 invasion, EU nations blocked approximately 210 billion euros in Russian central bank assets.
