Avanti cuts 38 daily trains from July

Travellers will experience fewer Avanti West Coast services on key intercity routes this summer, impacting journeys. The operator is removing about one in seven weekday services from 20 July, in response to a government request to reduce costs. These cuts, affecting routes like London Euston to Manchester, aim for minimal disruption during lower demand periods.
