Audience member faints during graphic scene at London play 'Cleansed'

On its opening night in London, Sarah Kane's play "Cleansed" lived up to its reputation when an audience member fainted during a violent scene. Staff at the Almeida Theatre quickly helped the person, who recovered after being assisted from the auditorium on Wednesday. The theatre warns audiences of the production's extreme content, which includes torture and mutilation.
