Asking rents hit new record highs across Britain
Asking rents across Britain have ascended to an all-time peak, establishing a new record during the second quarter of this year. Outside of London, the typical advertised private rent is currently £1,397 each month, representing a 1.9% rise from the last quarter. London's typical advertised private rent achieved a record £2,791 per month, a 2.0% increase when compared to the preceding quarter.
