Argentina midfielder Leandro Paredes has been banned for 10 games after shoving Spain's Gavi during a brawl at the World Cup final. The incident happened at the final whistle on Sunday, 20 July 2026, after Spain beat Argentina 1-0 in extra time. FIFA suspended three Argentina players in total for the scuffle.
