Apple lifts foldable iPhone target to 10 million

It's a bold bet on a first-generation device expected to cost about $2,500, which would make it Apple's priciest phone. Nikkei Asia reported on Wednesday that Apple told suppliers to prepare roughly 10 million foldables, up from earlier estimates of 7 to 8 million. The foldable, tipped as the iPhone Ultra, is expected in September while rivals cut output in the memory crunch.
