Apple has asked a US judge to issue a preliminary injunction preventing OpenAI and two former employees from using its confidential information. The tech giant sued last month, claiming a 'misappropriation' of trade secrets by the ChatGPT owner. 1. OpenAI has rejected the allegations, describing the lawsuit as 'careless, aggressive and oddly personal'.
