Anthropic chief warns AI firms could go bankrupt

His point is blunt: the AI boom only works if revenue catches up with the vast sums being spent on computing power. Dario Amodei, who runs Claude maker Anthropic, has argued firms may need hundreds of billions in yearly revenue or risk going broke. He has put the figure as high as $1tn, and the comments, made months ago, are circulating again now.
