Prince Andrew was subletting three cottages on his Royal Lodge estate and keeping the income, a new National Audit Office report reveals. He leased the Crown Estate property for decades at peppercorn rent before moving out in February 2026. The cottages have been vacant since April 2026. The findings will now be examined by a parliamentary committee.
