Analyst warns Putin may exploit Trump's midterm defeat to target UK

Security analyst Simon Diggins warned a poor Republican showing in Tuesday's midterms could create a "two year gap of uncertainty" for Russia's hybrid warfare against Britain and Europe. Mathieu Boulegue, a Chatham House fellow, suggested Russia would likely try to exploit divisions within Trump's administration. Michael Martins, in City AM, contends Trump will now focus on foreign policy, where Congress cannot obstruct him.
