Amazon Puts £15 Billion Into Britain
Thousands of UK jobs and new delivery services could expand after fresh spending on sites, film facilities and drone testing. On Wednesday, the online retailer said it spent more than £15 billion in 2025 and remains on course for a plan ending in 2027. Its UK operations made over £30 billion in revenue, while taxes borne topped £1.3 billion and staffing reached about 75,000 people.
