Amazon cannot restore AWS services in Bahrain and parts of UAE after Iran strikes
Amazon Web Services cannot restore cloud services in Bahrain and parts of the UAE, six months after drone strikes damaged its facilities. The company stated damage to multiple sites in Bahrain was too severe to fix, and it also cannot recover data from one UAE zone. Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps claimed responsibility for the attacks, citing Amazon's support of the US military.
