AI Recruiter Interviews 14,600 People for Care Jobs

Homecare company Cera used an AI agent called Ami for an initial five-minute interview with applicant Mollie Cole-Wilkin. This audio-only AI has processed 14,600 applicants and hired 1,028 carers. Cole-Wilkin passed the AI screening, then had a human interview, and was offered the job. She found the robot interviewer less stressful as someone who occasionally stammers, and the system scores on attitude and experience.
