AI image firm Midjourney is building a medical scanner

It's a wild turn for a firm best known for making images from text, and it wants scans done at a spa. Midjourney said on Wednesday that you'd lie in a pool of water and be scanned by sound waves in roughly 60 seconds. The firm claims it rivals an MRI at about 100 times the speed, but the machine is still being built.
