AI health startup gets £12m for NHS tools

A new AI company has raised about £12 million to help the NHS tackle long waiting times and staff shortages. Frontier Health, founded in 2024 by an ex-Palantir lead, developed JUNO, an AI tool for administrative tasks. Its AI 'teammate' is already being used in several NHS Trusts, including East Sussex, to improve patient care.
