Accenture staff must use AI tools to get promoted
Professional services giant Accenture has reportedly informed staff that regular use of artificial intelligence tools is now mandatory for promotion to leadership roles. The firm is monitoring employee logins to its internal platforms, such as the AI Refinery, to track adoption rates. This policy aligns with Chief Executive Julie Sweet’s strategy to scale technology across the workforce, having already trained over half a million employees in generative AI systems.
