Households can fix energy bills now to save £173

Households across the UK can cut annual energy expenditure by as much as £173 by opting for a fixed-rate tariff. Ofgem, the energy regulator, says some fixed tariffs are over £100 cheaper than the October cap. The cheapest fixed deal from Fuse Energy is £1,550 a year, £173 below the new cap.
