Landslide at Guinea waste dump kills 30 people on Sunday

Heavy overnight rain caused a huge mound of waste to collapse in Conakry, Guinea's capital, burying nearby homes and tents. The government said on Sunday that 30 people died, with 22 others hurt, including six seriously. The site received a visit from Prime Minister Amadou Oury Bah, who was there to evaluate the damage and supervise rescue operations.
