Shein shares to start trading in Hong Kong on 1 September
The fast-fashion retailer is aiming for a valuation of almost $27 billion, a significant drop from its near $100 billion peak four years ago. Shein, founded in China and now based in Singapore, secured Beijing’s approval last month for its initial public offering. The company plans to sell 280 million shares, hoping to raise up to $1.77 billion.
