70 percent of women feel unsafe at work
A recent audit involving 101 business figures highlights significant fears regarding female staff security across the UK. The findings show that over two-thirds encounter gender prejudice, whilst 62 per cent must wear clothing designed for men. Respondents cited bullying, harassment, and working alone as primary reasons for feeling unprotected. Commercial Director Gayle Parker urged firms to prioritise physical safety alongside equal wages.
