7-Eleven sues Nike over shoe colour design
The convenience store chain 7-Eleven is suing Nike, claiming the sportswear company copied its red, orange, and green stripe branding. The lawsuit argues Nike's upcoming Air Max 95 shoes are a "confusingly similar imitation" that could make people think 7-Eleven endorses them. The shoes will be released on July 11, a date 7-Eleven marks as "7-Eleven Day" by offering promotions.
