Nepal-China border floods kill 579 people, rescuers find survivors

Flash floods along the Nepal-China border have killed 579 people, according to Nepal's disaster-management authority on Friday. Rescuers are continuing to search for hundreds of people in areas devastated by the catastrophic flooding, with Nepali police subsequently reporting 553 fatalities.
