4 Hours In, No Entry Allowed: Air India Flight Forced to Turn Back

A long-haul flight by Air India heading from Delhi to Vancouver had to reverse mid-journey after a critical oversight. Several hours into the trip, crew members realised the aircraft lacked clearance to operate in Canadian airspace. The plane returned to Delhi after nearly eight hours total.
