NASA images show new moon crater from SpaceX rocket crash

A NASA spacecraft has captured sharp new images of a crater on the moon, created when an abandoned SpaceX rocket crashed into the surface. The Falcon rocket's upper stage hit the moon at 5,400 mph on August 5, after drifting through space for over a year. Scientists say the fresh crater is about 60 feet across and less than 10 feet deep.
