29 new apartments planned for Lincoln listed buildings

These plans could give two historic Lincoln buildings a new lease of life, creating much-needed homes. Collective Ltd. proposed redeveloping Watkins Hall and Hillside House, two properties presently occupied by Lincoln Minster School, into a complex containing 29 apartments. The Grade II listed Watkins Hall, built in 1884, and Hillside House were previously on sale for £750,000 each.
