Why is Leeds a derby?
The rivalry between Manchester United and Leeds United, known as the 'Roses Rivalry', dates back to the historic Wars of the Roses between Lancashire and Yorkshire. In football, it's one of England's most intense derbies, making a draw against Leeds a particularly frustrating result for United fans and manager Michael Carrick.
