Why can't she have chemo?

Chemotherapy is a common cancer treatment, but it isn't always suitable, especially in very advanced cases like Lucy Davis's. If the cancer is too widespread or aggressive, or if the patient's health is too fragile, chemotherapy might not be effective or could cause more harm than good. Other treatments might be used instead to manage symptoms.
