Who pays for venues?

Venues are typically paid for by the concert promoters who organise the shows, like the one BTS just played. These promoters cover the venue hire costs, staff wages, and other operational expenses. They then aim to make a profit from ticket sales, merchandise, and sometimes even a cut of food and drink sales.
