Who else has nuclear weapons?

Nine countries currently possess nuclear weapons. The five permanent members of the UN Security Council (China, France, Russia, the UK, and the USA) are officially recognised. India, Pakistan, and North Korea have also developed them, and Israel is widely believed to have them too. This makes Russia's threats particularly concerning.
