Who are 'wingers' in football?
Wingers are attacking players who typically play on the flanks (sides) of the pitch. Their role is to create scoring opportunities by dribbling past defenders, crossing the ball, and sometimes scoring themselves. Liverpool's interest in PSG's wingers suggests they want to strengthen their attacking options out wide.
