What's a One-Day International?
A One-Day International, or ODI, is a form of cricket played between two international teams. Each team gets one innings, and there's a limit on the number of overs they can bowl, usually 50. This means the whole match can be completed in a single day, unlike longer Test matches. England's win against Sri Lanka was in an ODI.
