What is the Orion capsule?

The Orion capsule is NASA's spacecraft designed to carry astronauts beyond low Earth orbit, specifically back to the Moon and potentially Mars. In the Artemis II mission, it will carry four astronauts, including Reid Wiseman and Christina Koch, demonstrating its capability to safely transport humans through deep space and return them to Earth at incredible speeds.
