What is padel?

Padel is a racket sport, a bit like tennis and squash combined, usually played in doubles on an enclosed court roughly a third the size of a tennis court. It's very popular in Spain and Latin America, and increasingly so in the UK. Ronaldo mentioned wanting to play padel in his retirement, suggesting it's a sport he enjoys and looks forward to having more time for.
