Explained in plain English

What is liquidation?

Liquidation is when a company formally closes down, often because it can no longer pay its debts. An appointed liquidator sells off assets to pay creditors, and the company stops trading. For Firefly Holidays, this means all future bookings are cancelled and no new ones can be made.
