What is flag football?
Flag football is a version of American football where, instead of tackling, defenders pull a flag from the ball carrier's belt. It's less physical, making it accessible to a wider range of athletes. The GB women's team's narrow loss to Mexico in this sport meant they missed out on the 2028 Olympics.
