Explained in plain English

What is a 'wicket'?

In cricket, a 'wicket' has a few meanings. It's the set of three stumps with bails that the bowler aims at, and also the act of getting a batter out. Usman Tariq taking five wickets means he dismissed five England batters, including Harry Brook. This is a significant achievement for a bowler, often called a 'five-for'.
