What is a 'storyline' in wrestling?
In professional wrestling, a storyline is a narrative arc that builds rivalries, creates drama, and leads to matches. These are carefully planned by writers to entertain fans. Sami Zayn's injury is significant because it's not part of a planned storyline, meaning the WWE creative team will have to adjust their ongoing plans for him.
