What is a European campaign?
In football, a 'European campaign' refers to a club's participation in UEFA organised competitions, like the Champions League or Europa League. These are annual tournaments where top teams from different European leagues compete. Manuel Neuer's 18 campaigns show his consistent presence at the elite level of European club football over nearly two decades with Bayern Munich.
