What is a 'definitive link'?

When a drug is 'definitively linked' to a side effect, it means there's strong scientific evidence proving the drug caused it, not just that it happened after taking the drug. This often requires extensive research and analysis of many cases, ruling out other possible causes. The Viagra reports are currently suspected, not proven.
