What happens to fighting pilots?

Pilot fights are rare, but airlines have strict rules on crew conduct and reporting incidents. If a pilot is found to have initiated a fight, or failed to report one, they could face immediate dismissal and potentially lose their licence. Safety is paramount, so any behaviour compromising it is taken very seriously by aviation authorities and the airline.
