Explained in plain English

Must I isolate for 10 days?

The NHS advises staying home for 3-5 days if you test positive and avoiding vulnerable people for 10 days. However, these are guidelines, not legal requirements. The government removed mandatory isolation rules in England in early 2022. It's now down to individual responsibility to help limit the spread.
