Zepbound weight loss drug linked to student’s fatal heart issue

Josephine Nasr, 19, a University of East London law student, was found dead in her room after taking Zepbound, which doctors believe caused a fatal heart rhythm. Her family, worried after she reported feeling sick and vomiting, asked university security to check on her.
