Young adults in Germany use more cannabis after decriminalisation

Germany's decriminalisation of cannabis in April 2024 led to younger people increasing the amounts they consume. A study of 49 individuals found more cannabis was used outdoors and on holidays, but less in public places. The research offers early insights into how legal changes influence cannabis consumption patterns.
