XL Bully owner jailed 12 years for fatal attack, unregistered dogs.

An 84-year-old man died after an XL bully dog mauled him in a "savage attack" on a street in Warrington. Sean Garner, the dog's 31-year-old owner, received a 12-year jail sentence at Liverpool Crown Court. He was found guilty of owning a dog dangerously out of control, and also owning two XL bullies without exemption certificates.
