William Chapman, 23, had experienced severe mental health problems for years and was on powerful medication, his family announced in a statement on Tuesday evening. They said a coroner must decide what part that played, and asked people to stop sharing offensive footage of the attack. Chapman, a former child actor, passed away on Saturday at Yorkshire Wildlife Park near Doncaster.
