Why war fears are causing Russians to withdraw billions from banks

Russians are pulling record sums from banks due to fears the Kremlin could seize their money to fund the war in Ukraine. In the first two weeks of August, withdrawals totalled nearly $3.4 billion, following $7.3 billion in July and over $4.5 billion in June.
