WHO warns staff and money shortages hinder Congo's Ebola response

The World Health Organisation says a lack of staff and money is making it harder to fight the Ebola outbreak in Congo. Fontana, a WHO official, warned on Tuesday that Congo's Health Ministry is now taking over some centres. The handover is happening even though the ministry's ability to cope is limited.
